The *Saltburn* actor turned to the procedure after cruel comments about his appearance damaged his confidence. “There’s a lot of hate online,” he previously told SiriusXM, admitting that the abuse made him avoid events and withdraw from public life.

In an Instagram video shared by Dermaspa owner Nilam Holmes, Keoghan described the clinic as “relaxing and therapeutic.” The treatment reportedly costs $3,300 per visit, but its emotional effect mattered most to him.
