When I first heard the haunting voiceover tribute at the beginning of 1923 Season 2, a chill went down my spine. The words, “In memory of Cole Brings Plenty,” appeared on the screen in black and white, and I knew something tragic had happened — not just to the show, but to the people behind it, and to us, the fans.
As a long-time fan of Taylor Sheridan’s Yellowstone universe, I’ve seen many unforgettable performances, but none as quietly powerful and grounded as Cole’s portrayal of Pete Plenty Clouds.
