Eric admits he loves Sloan but wishes he was the father. Marlena advises him to be honest about his feelings. Eric gets a text from Nicole and joins her and E.J. at the hospital. E.J. and Eric argue about who the father could be.

Nicole pleads for them to be kind and help her through this, no matter the results.
