Chuck Lorre Reflects on George’s Death
The recent season finale of Young Sheldon left fans devastated by the death of George Cooper, Sheldon's father. Although viewers were prepared for this outcome, as hinted in The Big Bang Theory, it didn’t lessen the heartbreak.
On her Instagram Stories, actress Raegan Revord shared Lorre's heartfelt statement. "Eighteen years ago, when we were writing and producing The Big Bang Theory, it seemed like a good idea to imagine that Sheldon’s childhood was deeply disrupted by the loss of his father," Lorre wrote.
