Many fans, including myself, couldn't hide our disappointment as the final episode of "House of the Dragon" ended without the epic Gullet battle we had all anticipated. From the beginning, fan-favorite characters enthralled us with intense drama and action. Naturally, expectation for a jaw-dropping climax was high.
But House of the Dragon producer Ryan Condal has now explained exactly why there was such a lack of action in the season finale, and why they thought it was better for season two to lead up the massive battle instead.
