Actress Kelli Giddish announced that she would be leaving Law & Order: SVU after 12 seasons, leaving fans and showrunners emotional. In a statement, Kelli expressed her gratitude for playing Detective Amanda Rollins, saying it had been one of the greatest joys of her life.

Showrunner David Graziano was left in tears after Olivia Benson star Mariska Hargitay showed him support by gifting him a sweater with the words "What if it all works out." In an Instagram post, David praised Mariska for her strength, wisdom, and empathy, thanking her for teaching him how to weather the storm.
