Drama on and off screen: ‘Days of Our Lives’ star Cody Longo dies unexpectedly at 34

Actor Cody Longo has passed away at the age of 34. His wife Stephanie confirmed the news and revealed that he had struggled with alcohol abuse for years and had gone to rehab last summer. Longo leaves behind his wife and their three young children. He was known for his roles in "Days of Our Lives" and "Hollywood Heights," among other TV shows and movies.

In November 2020, he was arrested for domestic assault in Tennessee after a drunken fight with his wife. Officials reportedly found him dead in bed after performing a wellness check at his home in Austin, Texas.
