Poke, a popular dish originating from Hawaii, can now be found all over the US. Typically made with raw fish, poke should be consumed on the same day of purchase or preparation. Proper storage can extend its shelf life in the fridge for up to two days. For further preservation, poke can be cooked or frozen.
