Mariska Hargitay, the 59-year-old star of Law and Order: SVU, took to Instagram to pay tribute to her late mother, Jayne Mansfield, on what would have been her 90th birthday. Mariska shared a black and white photo of Jayne, who tragically passed away at the age of 34.
