Sudiksha Konanki, a 20-year-old student from Pittsburgh University, was last seen during a seemingly innocent spring break trip to the Dominican Republic with friends. But what was supposed to be a fun getaway quickly turned into a nightmare, as Sudiksha vanished without a trace, sparking a nationwide search and growing concerns among her family and friends.
On March 3, Sudiksha and five of her college friends arrived at the Riu República Hotel in Punta Cana. Everything seemed normal as they enjoyed their time together.
