As a devoted General Hospital fan, I've followed Rena Sofer's portrayal of Lois Cerullo with admiration. Her real-life journey, however, rivals any soap opera storyline. On May 18, 2025, Sofer celebrated both her 22nd and 1st wedding anniversaries with husband Sanford Bookstaver.

Their relationship has seen its share of twists: married in 2003, divorced in 2017, rekindled in 2019, and remarried in 2024. Sofer shared on Instagram, "Happy 1/22 wedding anniversary to the LOML!!! Married 22 years ago and RE married 1 year ago! What a beautiful and special journey we've been on!!"
