'98 Years Young: 'Days of Our Lives' Star Bill Hayes Celebrates Birthday on Soap Set'

Days of Our Lives actor Bill Hayes celebrated his 98th birthday on set with his costars and a personalized cake featuring a black and white picture of him when he was younger. In an Instagram video, Bill and his wife Susan Seaforth Hayes are seen on the soap opera set with the cake.

Susan introduces her husband to the crowd and mentions his long tenure on the show since 1970. Other costars sent their birthday wishes to Bill on social media, praising his talent and calling him a legend. Bill celebrated his 50th anniversary on the show in 2020 and received a Lifetime Achievement Award in 2018.
