The incident, which took place on February 25, around 8:50 am, has raised concerns about air traffic control and safety protocols.
Southwest Flight 2504, arriving from Omaha, Nebraska, was attempting to land at Midway when the private jet, a Bombardier Challenger 350, was beginning its takeoff.
