Starz has released an official trailer for the seventh season of Outlander, which will premiere on June 16. The trailer teases the American Revolution, showing intense moments of the conflict. The upcoming season adapts the seventh novel in Diana Gabaldon's book series, An Echo in the Bone.

It follows Jamie and Young Ian as they race to rescue Claire, while being caught in the midst of the American Revolution. The series will end after its eighth season, with the possibility of adapting select parts of future novels.
