Sean “Diddy” Combs has reportedly experienced a medical emergency while serving his federal prison sentence, prompting an ambulance trip from FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey.

According to reports published on October 12, the 56-year-old music mogul suffered a head injury that required medical attention outside the correctional facility.
