Donnie Wahlberg and Vanessa Ray were seen goofing around on the set of their series Blue Bloods in the Hell's Kitchen neighborhood of Manhattan on Monday.

As the stars took a break from filming their hit cop drama, the dad-of-two, 52, was seen laughing as he spoke with his 40-year-old costar.

He was dressed in character as Detective Daniel 'Danny' Fitzgerald Reagan in a charcoal overcoat, a navy suit with a striped button-down shirt and matching tie.

Meanwhile, Ray was dressed in a police uniform with a cross belt to portray Eddie Janko-Reagan, an officer working for the New York City Police Department.

Her blonde hair was pulled back in a sleek bun, and she sported a natural makeup look, consisting of a nude lipstick and blush for a youthful glow.

As she chatted to Wahlberg, the Pretty Little Liars actress leaned back on a grey sedan while the rain poured on them.

To stay warm in the frigid 38-degree weather, the longtime husband of Jenny McCarthy put on a pair of black gloves at one point. 

The show, which also stars Tom Selleck, Bridget Moynahan and Will Estes, follows the inner workings of a family and their lives in the New York Police Department. 

The beloved show has captured a loyal fan base due to its focus on realism, as the show has a former NYPD detective review the scripts for accuracy.

In an interview with PopCulture.com in 2020, Wahlberg spoke about never wanting the show to end while championing its success.

'I just know that we're having more fun than we've ever had on the show. It's still the number one show on Friday night for 10 years and it's been a great run and I don't see it stopping anytime soon,' he said.

And Selleck, 75, told People he thinks the show is boundless. 'I don't think there is an endpoint. I think there is a lot of life in the show, as long as you let your characters grow and get older.'
