honored actor Angus Cloud during a special performance of her song, “Never Felt So Alone” with Labrinth.
The singer, 21, headlined Lollapalooza in Chicago on Thursday night and took a moment to honor Cloud, whose full name is Conor Angus Cloud Hickey. The actor, who portrayed the lovable drug dealer Fez, in his Oakland, California home. The investigation into his death is still ongoing. He was 25.
After performing “Never Felt So Alone,” which is prominently featured in the popular HBO series, Eilish made sure to show Cloud some love.
“RIP to Angus Cloud, everybody," Eilish said. She was met with cheers from the crowd.
Cloud's family confirmed the actor's death in a statement released on Monday, per
“As an artist, a friend, a brother and a son, Angus was special to all of us in so many ways,” the statement read. “Last week he buried his father and intensely struggled with this loss. The only comfort we have is knowing Angus is now reunited with his dad, who was his best friend.”
Several of Cloud's co-stars including , and more posted tributes in honor of his passing.
“Words are not enough to describe the infinite beauty that is Angus (Conor). I’m so grateful I got the chance to know him in this life, to call him a brother, to see his warm kind eyes and bright smile, or hear his infectious cackle of a laugh (I’m smiling now just thinking of it),” Zendaya wrote on Instagram. “My heart is with his mother and family at this time and please be kind and patient as grief looks different for everyone.”
Eilish sang as an uncredited feature on the Labrinth track, which is the second single from the British musician's second studio album, . Labrinth was the mastermind behind 's soundtrack — writing the original score for the HBO series.
