Miley Cyrus has never been one to hold back, and after criticism from fans about the first of her two Hollywood Bowl concerts in Los Angeles on Oct. 16, she made it clear that her heart was exactly where it has always been: onstage. Addressing what she called “clickbait” remarks, the Grammy winner pushed back against claims that she looked low-energy or detached during performances of “Party in the USA” and “Flowers.

Speaking to the crowd during her Oct. 18 concert, as captured by The Hollywood Reporter, Cyrus explained that performing live after four years away from the stage is not as easy as it once was.
