Since Billie Eilishcut her baby bangs and dyed her hair black back in February, she's mostly worn her shoulder-length shag down. But the Grammys are all about experimenting, and so tonight the singer — who's nominated for Album of the Year, Best Pop Solo Performance, and Best Pop Vocal Album — decided to switch things up with a piece-y ponytail and face-framing layers.

It’s a far cry from this time last week, when Eilish graced the Oscars red carpet wearing a very old Hollywood-esque bob. This time around, Eilish matched her jet-black hair to the skinny sunglasses that somehow defied gravity with tip-of-the-nose placement.
