Outlander delay leaves fans left distraught after scheduling decision

Fans of the historical time travel series Outlander have been left upset after the midseason finale was pushed back by a week.
Season seven of Outlander has been airing for the past couple of months with new episodes dropping on Starz and Lionsgate+.
However, quite a few fans were left confused when there wasn't a new episode to enjoy this week.

To add salt to the wound, the next instalment marks the midseason finale and addressed the fate of hero Jamie Fraser (played by Sam Heughan).
Thankfully, Outlander is confirmed to be returning on Friday, August 11 before it goes on its midseason hiatus.
