Exciting! Law and Order's Olivia Benson Set for Major Change

Law and Order's Special Victims Unit and Organized Crime will have their first epic three-way crossover. The upcoming season 24 of SVU will feature a major shake-up for Captain Benson (Mariska Hargitay), as she finally has time to reflect on her own mental health after investigating a chilling murder with her old partner Elliot Stabler (Christopher Meloni).

Showrunner David Graziano teased an intimate, revealing episode about Benson's personal struggles. In addition, newcomer Grace Muncy (Molly Burnett) will be introduced as a rough-around-the-edges character with a steep learning curve for SVU.

She will also be used to teach the audience what it takes to be an SVU detective.
