Milo Ventimiglia has confirmed exclusively to *Us* that he will appear in Amy Sherman-Palladino’s upcoming HBO Max documentary about *Gilmore Girls*. The 49-year-old actor, who played Jess Mariano, Rory Gilmore’s troubled and magnetic sometimes-boyfriend beginning in season 2, said he has not recorded his part yet.

“I think the world of Amy, and Lauren [Graham], too,” he shared, admitting he has “no idea” what they will discuss.
