After 16 Years of Survival, The Walking Dead Star Norman Reedus Officially Says Goodbye to Daryl Dixon

It's the end of an era for The Walking Dead. After evading walkers for the past 16 years, Norman Reedus is saying farewell to his beloved Daryl Dixon character.

Previously, it was announced that the upcoming fourth season of Reedus' Walking Dead spinoff series, The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon, would be the last for the show.

On Instagram, Reedus shared a new post confirming that he's officially wrapped up with filming on the series finale. The post reveals some images from behind the scenes of shooting the final episode. In one photo, he's chugging a bottle of champagne, while in another, he can be seen hugging longtime co-star Melissa McBride.
