South Africa fly half Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu is set to undergo scans on an ankle injury sustained in the Stormers' win over Cardiff.
The Cape Town club progressed to the semi-finals of the United Rugby Championship after a 44-21 success at DHL Stadium, but victory may have come at a cost.
Feinberg-Mngomezulu was injured in the act of scoring a try and was later spotted on crutches, with head coach John Dobson suggesting the Springboks playmaker could face a long lay-off.
"It looks pretty serious, to be honest," said Dobson of Feinberg-Mngomezulu's injury.
