Former NBA star Shaquille O'Neal has responded to the backlash he received after making a cameo appearance in the popular documentary series "Tiger King". The show, which follows the eccentric world of big cat breeding, has faced criticism for its portrayal of animal exploitation and abuse.

O'Neal, who visited the controversial Greater Wynnewood Exotic Animal Park featured in the series, took to social media to address the controversy.

In his Instagram post, O'Neal expressed his regret and acknowledged his lack of knowledge about the park's practices at the time of his visit.
