Herb Infused Butter Is The Flavorful Fix For Watery Canned Soup

Canned soup is often watery and bland compared to homemade versions. However, there are ways to improve it. One method is to add herb-infused butter, such as oregano, tarragon, or bay leaves, to give the soup more flavor. Rosemary and thyme can also be added to brighten up chicken soup.

For a Thai twist, sauté lime leaves, lemongrass, and garlic in butter, then add coconut milk. Chives, dried dill, parsley, and crème fraîche can also enhance the soup's taste.
