House of the Dragon is no stranger to brutally killing main characters off, but could Seasmoke choosing Addam of Hull actually mean Laenor is dead? Whilst it’s not been explicitly stated this key character has died we’ve been given a lot of hints that it is true, and honestly, I think I’m convinced.
If you cast your mind back to before all the hectic chaos of this season you might remember Laenor, who was Rhaenyra’s first husband with the duo having three sons together. When Rhaenyra realised her claim to the Iron Throne would be more stable if she married Daemon instead, the two plotted to have Laenor killed.
