Season 19 of "America's Got Talent" premiered on NBC with a heartwarming moment that left everyone in awe.  The stage was set for an unforgettable evening as Richard Goodall, a humble 55-year-old janitor from Indiana, stepped into the spotlight to chase his dreams.
