Speaking exclusively at Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea Awards on Oct. 6, the reality star shared that she and Alec Baldwin are already planning to visit Alec’s daughter Ireland Baldwin before she welcomes her second baby with boyfriend RAC, whose real name is André Allen Anjos.
