Grey's Anatomy creator Shonda Rhimes regrets killing off Kyle Chandler's character, Dylan Young, in the show's second season. Dylan was a member of the bomb squad who tragically died when a bomb exploded in his hands. Despite only appearing in two episodes, Dylan made an impact on viewers and even returned in season 3 to encourage Meredith to fight back after she drowned.
