According to reports in South Africa, former Springbok number eight Duane Vermeulen is set to be appointed to a high-ranking position with SA Rugby. Initially, Vermeulen was linked with a role in the Western Province (WP) and Stormers set-up but turned down an offer from the Bulls last year.
