A 12-year-old girl got suspended for “aggression.”
In the principal’s office, she stood with her hoodie low and her fists tight. No tears. No excuses.
“Tell me the truth,” the principal said. “Why did you hit her?”
She barely lifted her head. “She took my lunch again.
“That’s it?”
“No.” Her voice dropped. “She poured it out. Then she said my mom should’ve stayed dead.”
The room went still.
The principal opened her file, ready to call home—then froze at the stapled note:
“Student is homeless. Do not contact parent.
