When Jennifer Garner was asked recently how it feels to be in her fifties, she didn’t pretend she’d hacked aging. She joked that she feels “53 going on… 53”, then added that she’s not interested in looking younger so much as feeling solid in her own skin.
That grounded answer would suggest a slower, more relaxed life.
