Fans of the “One Chicago” universe don’t have much longer to wait: Chicago Med returns for its 11th season on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. ET / 7:00 p.m. Central on NBC. New episodes will continue weekly on Wednesday nights, as part of the “One Chicago” Wednesday block.
Like previous seasons, if you miss the initial broadcast you can catch each episode the next day on the streaming service Peacock.
The season premiere is titled “We All Fall Down”, and promises to dive right into high-stakes medical drama — from victims of a house fire to complicated emergency cases demanding the full attention of the Gaffney staff.
