The Season 13 fall finale of Chicago P.D., titled Impulse Control, delivered the kind of cliffhanger much of the “One Chicago” universe has been missing. After relentless pressure on their prime suspect, the Intelligence Unit — led by Hank Voight and new recruit Eva Imani — burst into the house of serial predator Raymond Bell.
The fallout from that break-in — Bell, his granddaughter, missing bodies, danger in the shadows — pushes the season into high gear.
