2 small bowls garlic fried rice (about 2 cups cooked rice + mixed veggies)
5 slices spam
2–3 eggs
A small handful fried anchovies
½ ripe mango, cubed
Tomato ketchup, to serve
Cooking oil, as needed
Salt & black pepper, to taste
