Hosting Thanksgiving can be overwhelming, especially when it comes to oven space. With a large turkey taking up so much room and needing hours to cook, it can be difficult to time all the side dishes. One solution is to multitask by baking two side dishes with the turkey, using the same dish if possible.

Another strategy is to plan around peak oven usage times. Some dishes, like pumpkin pie, can be made in advance, while others, like dinner rolls, are best when freshly baked. Lastly, take advantage of the resting time for the turkey to cook last-minute sides.
