Ingredients
2–3 egg whites
50g rolled oats
100ml almond milk
50ml water
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Sweetener to taste
Fresh peach slices (for topping)
Instructions
In a small saucepan, cook oats with almond milk, water, cinnamon, and salt.
Once the mixture thickens, quickly stir in the egg whites until smooth and creamy.
Transfer to a bowl, top with peach slices, and enjoy warm.
