2 slices of whole grain or brioche bread
2 eggs
1 tbsp milk or cream
½ tsp lemon zest
½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
A handful of fresh blueberries
1–2 tsp sugar or maple syrup (optional)
Butter or oil for cooking
Powdered sugar & lemon slices (for garnish)
1️⃣ In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, lemon zest, and vanilla extract.
