1–2 slices rye bread (toasted)
1 soft-boiled egg
½ ripe avocado, sliced
A handful of fresh strawberries, halved
1 tbsp honey hazelnut spread (or Nutella substitute)
Salt & black pepper to taste
Optional: chili flakes, lemon juice
1️⃣ Soft-boil the egg: Bring water to a gentle boil, add egg, cook for 6–7 minutes. Cool in cold water and peel.
2️⃣ Toast the rye bread until crispy.
