60 g softened butter
20 g powdered sugar
½ beaten egg
50 g cake flour (low-protein)
50 g milk powder
40 g dried cranberries
In a bowl, mix softened butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Add half of the beaten egg and mix well.
Add cake flour and milk powder, mix into a dough, then fold in dried cranberries and knead until evenly distributed.
