Running out of parchment paper to line bamboo steamers when steaming frozen dumplings can be a problem. However, there is a solution - using leafy vegetables as a natural steamer liner. Vegetables like cabbage, gai lan leaves, or bok choy leaves can be used at the bottom of the steamer to prevent sticking.
