Lisa Rinna, a former star of the soap opera Days of Our Lives, has spoken out about workplace misconduct on the set. The show's co-executive producer/director, Albert Alarr, was accused of abusive behavior, leading to an uncomfortable and humiliating environment.

Rinna confirmed the reports in a now-deleted Instagram Story, expressing her shock and disgust at the work environment. A nine-week investigation took place, resulting in Alarr receiving a written warning and being asked to undergo training.

However, he remains in his positions, which has caused outrage among the cast and crew.
