Ingredients

3 ripe bananas (preferably spotted, mashed)

2 eggs (or 2 tbsp flaxseed meal + 6 tbsp water for vegan flax eggs)

1 teaspoon baking powder

2 oz chopped dark chocolate (or cacao nibs for crunch and flavor)
