However, according to Isiah Thomas, O'Neal took his boasting too far when he said he could keep up with Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and even block his signature shot.

"I could have blocked that Skyhook, I could've gotten him a couple of times," Shaq said on Open Court. "When Kareem was like 22, 25, 27, The stuff he was doing in this league, he'd be giving it to you," Zeke responded.
