Nachos are a popular snack, but they are typically not vegan-friendly due to the cheese. However, you can make a delicious vegan cheese substitute using cashews and carrots. To make the cheese sauce creamy, you need to soak the cashews and carrots beforehand. Once the cheese substitute is ready, you can get creative with toppings.

Meaty options include refried lentils, jackfruit, shredded tofu, or store-bought meat substitutes. Alternatively, you can focus on veggies like grilled onion, bell peppers, and roasted corn. Don't forget to add salsa or guacamole to enhance the flavors.
